MuscleForm Terms of Use

1. Educational content, not medical advice. MuscleForm shows exercise technique for general fitness. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if anything hurts. You train at your own risk.
2. Your account. Sign-in is optional. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
3. MuscleForm Pro. Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use. Don't copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the 3D content or the app.
5. Our content. The 3D animations, cues and app are owned by MuscleForm or its licensors (see the in-app Licenses screen).
6. Availability and changes. We may change or discontinue features. We will tell you in the app about material changes to these terms.
7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, MuscleForm is provided "as is" and we are not liable for injuries or indirect damages arising from its use.
8. Contact and governing law. [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
