The short version: MuscleForm works without an account and keeps your workouts on your phone. If you create an account, your workouts are backed up to it so they sync across your phones. We don't sell your data and we don't track you across other apps.

What we collect

• Without an account: workouts, routines and settings stay on your device. Anonymous usage events (which screens and features are used — never your workouts, name or email) and error reports help us improve the app; you can turn usage events off in Profile → Settings.
• With an account: your email address (to send sign-in codes) and, while backup & sync is on, your workouts, sets, routines, body weight and measurements and app settings, stored with our database provider.
• Purchases: if you buy MuscleForm Pro, the App Store / Google Play processes the payment. We receive your subscription status through RevenueCat — never your card details.

Who processes it (service providers)

Supabase (accounts and database), RevenueCat (subscription status), PostHog (anonymous usage analytics), Sentry (error reports), Cloudflare (delivery of the 3D animations). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Delete your account (Profile → Account → Delete account) to erase the account and every workout in the cloud immediately; Delete my data (Profile) erases everything on the phone.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information. If you are in Türkiye, you also have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Health information

MuscleForm is an educational fitness app, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. Workout logs you choose to sync are used only to show them back to you.

Children

MuscleForm is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app about material changes.
